Daily average protein 100.5g (+16.2 from last week) Goal of 91g a day met. Unintended consequence of so much protein included digestive struggles. The struggles weren't too dire and should be alleviated by some more fiber. I will try and keep an eye on that.

FatSecret net calorie deficit 4107(-178 from last week)
Average daily weight 169.4 (-1.4 from last week)

I got a stomach thing on Saturday which might skew the numbers for this week. We shall see. I must say, my knuckles look skinny. My knuckles weren't looking this good in August so this protein goal may be onto something.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what kind of digestive struggles?? sometimes it depends on the type of protein you eat. I am all beef and I definitely am no longer constipated, if you get my drift. Part of it is the higher fat in the steaks and no other foods to help bind things.

Yeah. I went leaner w/the proteins to try and meet my calorie goals so that may have been part of it but I remember this having been an issue in the past no matter how much fat I took in. I had just forgotten about it and need to make adjustments. It wasn't too bad. Just not great. Ironically, the bug I picked up on Saturday has cleared any obstructions and given me a complete reset. ;)
