1039 kcal Fat: 30.58g | Prot: 55.83g | Carb: 142.28g.   Breakfast: I can't believe it's not butter , 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, poached eggs. Lunch: seedless red grapes, pineapple, mangos, strawberry-kiwi flavored water, carbmaster vanilla chai yogurt, orange juice, fuze tropical punch, banana, almond milk. Dinner: sweet potato, chicken strips fajita, roma tomato, lettuce, celery, onion, shredded cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other: special k chips. more...
