I got up to 30 minutes on the elliptical without any problems. I had to stop for a phone conference. I'm going to go for 45 minutes today and see how I do. I'm still waiting for my wrist tendonitis to heal somewhat before I start weights again, but I may start them next week if all is well.
273.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
