Well, I am getting back on the diet. I have yo-yoed quite a bit over the last few years. This time I'm going to go low carb because it has worked out well in the past. Still going to try and count calories as well. I started low carb about four days ago and I am in ketosis. I have already weighed in less than I did at my last doctor's visit,so that's a good start.
239.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1724 kcal Fat: 136.56g | Prot: 70.81g | Carb: 56.91g.   Breakfast: Mrs. Renfro's Hot Jalapeno Green Salsa, Butter, Egg, California Avocados. Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, Hillshire Farm Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Tomatoes, Tanimura & Antle Romaine Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Oscar Mayer Thick Cut Bacon (12g). Dinner: Eckrich Skinless Smoked Polska Kielbasa made with Pork, Turkey, Beef, Great Value Frozen Cut Green Beans. Snacks/Other: Price's Pimento Cheese, Cheddar Cheese. more...

Thats great Gen, I know if anybody can have successes if is you. We can travel this journey together for support. My glucose numbers are under 100 since I have been exercising regularly. Lets get together soon and compare some notes.
