I made it to my lowest in years. Can’t seam to get into the 180’s. I’m starting to think that I have a fear of being any smaller. I am losing my weight for health, if it makes me look better... that’s icing the cake! LOL. Seriously though my mind thinks “you’re at your lowest? go ahead and eat!”
191.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
