My weight continues to fluctuate quite a bit from day to day. It makes me nervous when I'm up around 159+, but maybe I need to give myself a little wiggle room and not get too worried as long as I stay below 160. I've also decided to go a few weeks w/o tracking my calories. I'm still going to try to eat right, but at some point the idea is to take what I've learned over the past 18 by tracking everyday and be able to manage my own behavior. But again, if I start to slip and I go above 160 I'll have to go back to what has worked so well for so long. This is a really busy and crazy time. We take DJ up to BYU next week. I'm really happy for him, but it's going to be hard/different. it wont be long before he's on his mission!
