BP: 122/85 BMI: 29.4 (Overweight)

I have tweaked my back again and have not got in any physical activity in almost a week. I hope to be able to ride Sunday.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
