Well, at least I can admit I messed up this week, between being out of medicine (which ironically taking the medicine is known to cause weight gain also), having a family part, and indulging myself in pop this week I know where I went wrong at.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
