I only lost a lb...arghh! But that is ok..only been a couple of weeks now and every week I learn and try something new to eat plus different workouts with my swollen ankles :)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
