1239 kcal Fat: 37.28g | Prot: 53.40g | Carb: 116.30g.   Breakfast: high fiber chewy bar oats & caramel kroger, weight watchers string cheese, coffee. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, del monte diced pears no added sugar, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: sweet potato, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, coffee, sweet leaf green tea, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, almonds, merlot wine. more...
