I really fell off the wagon the past 2 weeks. It's harder to record what I'm eating when I'm not the one cooking. I have to be more strict with myself. MORE EXCERSIZE TOO!!!!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
