Water was down but so was everything else. I feel awesome. 2.5 pounds until I reach my goal. Even if I hit it early I am going to continue until vacation just to get the most out that I can. Two bad days for this week but a good weekend should balance out.
The trainer at the gym says I should be 60% water weight which should make me 97 lbs of water. That seems a bit high to me.
