Monday morning weigh-in. Another one half pound drop. I think I need to go to Kohl's today to buy some new shorts. I can't keep punching new holes in my belts with steak knives. 😃🤣😃🤣😃
168.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
