I am in this no carbonated drink challenge. I hate it because I cannot have my beloved Diet Coke :) So far so good for the first day. No super urge to have one yet.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
