Awesome! I ate out at my favorite buffet yesterday. I enjoyed myself, but only ate one plate of food.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How big was the plate? Just teasing. Buffets are my downfall so I truly appreciate what effort it takes.
