Of course, living in Louisiana, eating alot of good cooking, gained all my weight back. But today is a different day. I have a schedule of boot camp for the next five weeks (twice a week), cutting back on my intake. My goal for my 40th birthday in Nov. is 150....
I will stay off of cold drinks, no more fried food. salad everyday.
Enjoy my food. I will lose this weight. No more depression, no more holding me back. I will do this...
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
