I was kind of expecting a bit of a drop. I have been eating less as I am not hungry and I am reducing the carbs through the day. My energy level is good and my BGL levels are holding pretty stable. I'll call this a success.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
