WI was a bit disappointing last night. Only lost .8. I need to get motivated again! Definitely need to start moving my butt doing some kind of exercise. I don't know why I have a mental block when it comes to exercise. Used to get up at 4:30 a.m. and be at the gym by 5:15 (of course, I lived closer to a gym then....would need to get up at 4:00 to get there now!!). Once all the snow is gone and things start warming up I hope I will want to do something! Hope everyone is doing well this week!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
