Went to the fair Friday. I was keeping to the calorie and fat gram guidelines all week and seeing a good result in my weight, then the frozen, chocolate covered banana, shaved ices, smoothies, and Corn Dogs could not be passed up. I'll start again today to get to my current weight goal. I did go for a two mile hike with my dog this morning. The foothills have some nice trails with good elevation changes.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome on the hiking! I am going to the state fair next week and i plan to eat! Then i plan to get back on track, like you!
