I think the weekend really killed me. I was out of town and didn't really have a choice in what I was eating thou. I thought working out alot would counter it but sadly it didn't.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

how is it that you didn't have a choice in what you were eating? zone bars, eas bars, or eas shakes save me in those situations.
