performance: losing 0.1 lb a week
I am 5'3" and 21 year old college student.I would really love to finally get to my goal of 120 by June 15th (my 22nd b-day) and then to 115 by September. These seem like fairly realistic goals I think. its just somehow once I reach 126ish my body just won't let me loose anymore weight. If anyone has any good tips to help me lose my last 10lbs I would greatly appreciate them.
