Rebound, as expected. A little surprised given how much water I've been passing in the most recent 24'.

Having dinner and beer with a friend tonight, so expecting to be on the high end of my consumption window. Will need to prep accordingly earlier in the day.

The purpose of tracking is to guide thoughts and behavior into habits so that tracking is no longer necessary except when there are unexpected results.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
