rollar coaster ride these last 10 days. fluctuating between 216 and 229 ... ugh. what I found out is that some foods that are Keto friendly are not good for me ( Nuts) but this last week with low carbs (even with some refined sugars and breads) I was able to come down in weight. so will experiment with low carb and see how that goes... but without the nuts LoL
219.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Who says nuts are bad for you? What are their credentials in nutrition? I’d worry more about saturated fats and heart disease with the keto diet. Moderation with all foods is sustainable in the long run.
