BP: 128/80 BMI: 29.4 (Overweight)

The weight gain is surprising and a little frustrating with all the riding I've been doing. Oh well, My BP is down along with my resting heart rate and I'm turning in better times on my runs and rides.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
