Yesterday was the 15th Anniversary of my Wedding. We had friends at home and I always cook for my friends. I was nervous to see if I would get out my diet schedule. Things went well - except that sweet desert. But an anniversary, after all, is something sweet... Plus, my weight this morning had gone fine.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

15 years anniversary is definitely a special occasion and u did well...i know i would not have :)..so well done. not doing so good this journey of weight loss is takin its toll...just when i start to loose, i fall off the wagon:) Hows things with u?
