Still out of routine with the school hols, been to visit my Dad in Spain for 3 days and Aunt Flo has finally arrived, almost a week later than expected.

Hoping things will get back to normal this week now.....Please!!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

The fact remains that you've lost over 12 lbs already so a little gain does not undo all your wonderful efforts. You've handled the change of routine very well when you consider the possibilities of what you COULD have eaten and what you COULD have gained. And you are set to get back in your routine and back on track and Aunt Flo will take her toe off the scale soon so you will turn that gain into a loss in no time. Don't lose heart! A positive attitude is your best weapon!

Yes, I second Evelyn's wise words, and nominate you the "most likely candidate" to make the big clean sweep next week!;) Let all these changes and disruptions work their way out, and then as soon as you can--like today?--start working out, even if it is 20 mins..and you'll start to feel more in control...and BTW, seeing all the disruptions you've had, it's quite a miracle that you've only gained a pound! So despite what YOU think, you've been doing all the RIGHT things!! THe damage could have been 4-5 pounds, or something like that, otherwise...so chin up, pat youself on the back, and march on :)

You know you are doing absolutely fine considering all the disruptions you've had with school holidays and going away for a few days. As others have pointed out you could have gained so much more... so be very proud of yourself that you obviously haven't been that bad! That little gain really will be history again very shortly so just keep up the great work and congratulate yourself on the fact that you really are doing fantastic! :o)
