Well I thought I was doing 100% on the Zone. Been a few days of this super clean, and somewhat challenging eating. I read and read and study and weight & measure. And my weight is up 2 lbs this morning. I do need to exercise. I know that. But I still should be dropping weight. I have no choice but to keep doing it. If I don't, my weight will keep going up. I am feeling so fat and uncomfortable. I hate passing by the mirror. The good news is that my insides are super clean and running well. I have to remember that I haven't put any crap in my body. No sugar. No flour. Only healthy food. According to the Zone, you can't take in too many calories but yesterday was only 1500. Day before 1700. I will keep doing this. I need to start the Slim in 6 exercise program. I have to do it. I will do it. I am going to do it. Today and for the next 6 weeks. I need help with that.
