HUm, im a bit confused by the whole situation.. went on a date and have a 14 oz steak (godly) and had takeout yesterday, the exercise was not great, still a couple of walks and so, so it was good.. just worried that it will catch on... better control of the food now..
still down almost two kilos..
People have been noticing and keeps telling me that i look great, just dont know how to reply to them except "thanks" :)
