It is good I am staying the same no weight gain, but no loss. For me it is too get all the 4 or 5 mini meals in. I forgot my morning snack and it showed yesterday. I have to force myself to eat an early breakfast so I can get a snack in. I eat one of the low calorie bars. That does me. Everyday is a challenge.
