The scales are arburtaury to me now. I am just getting into a size 2. Doesn't that make one feel special. My size 6's are still fitting somewhat. The waist is big and have to wear belt. Beats spending money on clothes.

It is good I am staying the same no weight gain, but no loss. For me it is too get all the 4 or 5 mini meals in. I forgot my morning snack and it showed yesterday. I have to force myself to eat an early breakfast so I can get a snack in. I eat one of the low calorie bars. That does me. Everyday is a challenge.

Got weighted and measured 3/20. I have maintained and stayed the same weight since Jan. My measurments have gone down since but have stayed the same for over two months now. I am happy where I am. I am looking good and feeling great.
