No Change, amazing how sensitive my body is to food...
couple of days ago, went out to eat with family, Ordered a salad dressing on the side and plucked out the things I knew were not friendly. Tempted to eat one chicken strip, which I love, that was breaded and in hot sauce ... well, that blew it... only had 2K calories that day, but that blew it... now back to just eggs / salad / olive oil and coffee (with HWC)... focused on max calories of 1500 per day, salad (spinach), eggs and olive oil, and to fight off hunger, lots of coffee with stevia and whipping cream.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
