Well had a bit of a set back that put a pound back on.. Had to travel a few days to visit my mom in the hospital... and food on the road is tough... carbs everywhere..especially if you have limited time and many to see.. Seen some friends that I haven't seen in years and of course they wanted to go out to dinner...lol.. The Spaghetti Factory... not a thing on the menu that wasn't stacked with carbs... well... when there's nothing you can do there's nothing you can do... So, after Carl's Jr at my mom's and the Spaghetti factory... I don't feel to bad adding a pound back... however, frustrating to give some back after hard earned losses...
No worries... back on track..
172.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
