I am cutting (most) sweets out and am going to increase my protein! Here goes nothing!!!!!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Cool! Good luck :) I never had trouble with sweets. I was always more of crunchy salty kind of person (still am). But I can tell you, I used to like coke and commercial chocolate bars. But now that I'm not used to them, they are gross to me! Like, way, way, way too sweet! And a piece of fruit tastes like heaven. I think the super-sweet foods makes us less able to enjoy more subtle flavors. I'm sure this is one of the reasons I like everything I eat now. It all tastes so interesting!
