Another low weigh-in, but a guy's camping weekend is on the agenda for this weekend, so... at least it's an active one (golfing, mountain biking, kayaking, sailboarding, etc.) that'll burn off some of the liquid carbs (I hope.) Less than 3 months ago I was 230, I picked up 35 pounds of kettle balls last night to get an idea of just how much that is, EVERY DAY I was carrying that around everywhere I went, crazy.
