I was at 196.6 yesterday so only .6 down today. However, I did have a really bad day yesterday so I had a glass of wine. I wanted a vat of cookie dough and chocolate and ice cream....but I settled for 1 glass of white wine. Not bad considering and I still lost .6 lbs. I will enter my expected food in the food journal. I am usually around 800-900 calories.

No exercise but I have to work and work.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I want a vat of cookie dough and chocolate everyday!! Miss the old days in high school when i could eat that everyday and never gain an ounce!! Damn metabolism! Lol.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not used to the recommended cheese amounts in the book for Phase One! I'm glad to know that I don't really HAVE to eat so much cheese. I did a ricotta cheese dessert last night, and thought I was gonna bust! I'm not used to something so bulky! Unfortunately I bought two containers, thinking I should be eating it every day, when I am truly happy with sugarfree jello. Live and learn, I guess. I appreciate your experience, and will keep it in mind. Oh, and congrats on the loss!!
