still focusing on Insulin Spike awareness, Keto, calorie count and lots of coffee. yesterday was a 1500 calorie day, two meals, 4 hours apart from each other . ate out for a customer lunch, had a blue cheese wedge salad with dressing on the side, bacon and chicken. later had 4 scrambled eggs with a spinach salad and blue cheese covered in garlic olive oil .. coffee with heavy cream and butter.
