I didn't realize when you make two journal entries in one day it deletes the last one, so I can't see all the support offered yesterday about my bad day. But thank you again and keep sending the positive vibes and prayers.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
