It says you have lost 6lbs in the last 8 days or so, which is pretty awesome. Gains can happen on any diet to any of us no matter how strict we are with our plans. Too much sodium can cause the scale to go. Things like stress, hormones, humidity, sore muscles from exercise, etc. If you were on plan, then you know it must be water weight. It will come off. Drink your water and you should be fine in a day or two.
