I was expecting to gain some weight after this weekend, attended a biker rally in Belfast, Northern Ireland so plenty of junk food, frivolity, and alcohol was taken in, Iv'e tried to log my food as best as I can remember and it's not so far off, but not logged the booze because I can't remember how much, lol,
Now I'm back home and back on track, will carry on regardless and repair the damage done....
299.8 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
