Okay, I cheated the day before I hit Phase 2. I went to Wright's Chicken Farm and had pasta, salad, french fries and chicken. It was delicious!!! If that wasn't bad enough, I added candy on Monday and Tuesday. I also had parmesan angel hair pasta at my parents' house Tues night. I'm back on track today after gaining 2 lbs. Hey, I can't be good every second. Sometimes you just have to splurge a little. I'll add more exercise today.
