Hitting a bit of a plateau, but I'm just glad to not see my weight increasing. I know that I'm stuck because I haven't been working out like I should and I have been slipping in my calorie counting. Trying to get motivated again. Got up early this morning and went for a walk for thirty minutes. I've been so tired lately in the afternoon/evening, so I am hoping that getting some exercise in at the beginning of the day will help to combat that. Feeling stressed about moving is not helping, I'm sure, but I will keep pushing through.
