It is saddening that I am gaining more weight instead of losing it. I have started again today. I am going to try the cabbage diet initially and start working on eating healthier. So - no sugar, no alcohol and no meat for a while. I need to detox so badly.

I dont know what plan to follow right now. I need a lot of help.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Don't give up DayCat! Remember that protein plays an important role in not only detoxing but also losing weight. Protein can raise your metabolism by 25%! Our liver also needs it to produce bile (sorry to paint such a lovely picture so early in the morning!) It has helped me so much to read the FFP book and understand how all the different foods play a role in helping us lose weight. Quick fix diets are only temporary and if you're like me you end up gaining back more weight in the end. Have you tried the Fast Track Detox yet? It really helped to jump start my weight loss and as I've read so many others have used it when their in a rut and need a boost!
