On pre-op diet day 2. It’s so hard. I ended up having a couple bites of wheat bread with fiber. I couldn’t take it anymore lol
243.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 108.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know what kind of diet is that, being to restrictive doesn't work for me, I do 80/20 diet, I hope you can find something that works for you and you can stick with it. 😊
