Weight down .8 lbs, fat mass down 1.8 lbs. Even after the really bad one day on the weekend I've still made really good progress for the week. This weekend we will be strict on the diet and hopefully turn back even better numbers.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
