Whoopeee🥇. It shows that my theory of ‘weekly dieting’ is bearing fruit (7x1500cals) per week n I can accommodate my beer nights 😂 Yayyy 👍...dropped 1.5lbs 💋
196.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
