I binged yesterday. I'm pretty sure I'll see that weight in a day or two. I was pretty active as well, though, so at least I'm building some good habits. Biking to work has been working well. Of course it's been too hot to bike from work, but I'm also running, so 8.5 mi of biking + 3 mi of run/walking is a decent day's workout. No activity is going to compensate for yesterday's binge, but today I'll try to cut a few calories here and there in sacrifice to the diet gods.
