Fasted for five days and lost 14 lbs. Gained back almost 10 of those over the next two weeks. Also lost 20 lbs on bench press after fast. Not good.

Intermittent fasting. Feeding window is 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Food is meat, vegetables, and fruits ONLY (with a protein shake after workout).
Today's food: Banana, macadamia nuts, grapes, organic carrots, snap peas, raisins mixed with pistachios, four eggs, chicken sausage (no nitrates/nitrites), my Gold Standard casein protein shake, and some watermelon.

Weight training Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Cycling through three workouts so one muscle group gets two workouts each week
A= Bench Press and Deadlifts
B= Overhead Press and Squats
C= Pullups/Rows and Ab work
Pattern is: ABCA BCAB CABC (repeats)
Two minutes of cardio between each set (rowing and walking uphill)
226.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
