2 year check today - didn't get quite as far as I wanted to get before today, but in the ballpark - doc was happy with progress...talked about my reflux, go back on omeperazol every day for 3 mo, and adjust if needed from there. being mindful of what I eat, discussed meds for appetite control, since I seem to be hungry a lot, but it involves once a month office visits, and that 2 hour drive thru Seattle is just NOT an option! I'll discuss that with my pc, along with my "gut" issues - Dad had ulcerative Colitis, older daughter has ibs-c, so you can imagine what my issues are lol.

all in all, everyone's happy, so now on to hitting my goal of mid to high 150's...almost there!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 89.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
