Well had a taste for the Angel food cake my grandma used to make me on my birthday with peanut butter frosting. Haven't had since before she died in 1998. So consquently my weight is up. So much for sugar free angel food cake. I know, I know, it was the frosting. Now I'm back on track. To bad a little indiscration causes such a negative response.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
