191.4a, I ate a bunch of veg last night and I hope that my gain is just that, but you can't go a lot on just the scales, because of did you poo 😮 or not! I am shrinking according to my clothes. I once read that to get an accurate reading, you should weigh everyday (same time/same weight clothes) and on the 7th day add all weights and divide by 7. Hope everyone has a great week and have a great meatless Monday!
191.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
